August Osage County

To anyone that has seen this show...I want to see it when I come back to NYC, and wanted to know if sitting in the front row is too close, or should I opt for a few rows back? Thanks for any input!

Further back is better--the set is vertical and you need to see it all.

A few rows back. I was in the 4th row and it was great - I have a slight hearing problem so for dramas I like to be up close, but not too. The stage is raised so if you%26#39;re in the first row you have to tilt your head back, not to mention get hit with flying green beans :)

Great, thank you. Row D is available also, so I will go with that.

:)~

I sat in the mezzanine and thought the seats were perfect - you could see the entire set without having to constantly turn your head back and forth, but we could still see the actor%26#39;s faces. Great show - enjoy!

I sat front row, sore neck, slightly obscured view.

Row D sounds a good choice.

we sat first row in the Mezz and thought the seats were perfect. You got an overview of the whole stage

show was excellent

Get the cheap tickets upstairs. You need to be able to see the entire stage and the theatre is small so you have a good view no matter where you sit upstairs.

I had tickets near the aisle on the floor and for entire scenes I couldn%26#39;t see the actors.

By the way I HIGHLY recommend this play. Excellent performances.

Toffa, do we get a trip report?

Hi kateoz

Will do this weekend. Have been flat out catching up at work卢
