Just got engaged in NYC!

I just wanted to thank everyone for helping me plan my last minute trip to NYC which turned out to be even more unforgettable than I could have imagined!

It was our last night in NYC and my boyfriend wasn%26#39;t feeling well but he insisted on going to see the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center because it was the last thing on our list of things to do. It was drizzling a but but not pouring and it wasn%26#39;t crowded at all because it was close to midnight. So right at midnight and in front of the tree he got down on one knee and asked the big question. It was a fluke that it happened right at midnight and someone told us that the lights were about to go off which was a good thing he did it before that!

Now I%26#39;m planning on a second trip to NYC with my bridal party to buy my dress...can%26#39;t wait!

After he proposed we went to a bar for cocktails and then back to our hotel room for some champagne...very romantic. I%26#39;ve always loved New York, but now it will be even more special to me.

Congrats... I took my wife to NYC in May 05, stayed at the Millenium Broadway and got engaged during our trip. Great place to do it!!!!!!
