Can anyone recommend a good guided tour of the city? We%26#39;ll be going to NYC in late August for the US Open and want to take a tour of the city as we won%26#39;t really know our way around.

we (dutch family with 1 teenage daughter) visited ny in april/may 2008 and were really happy with the hop on-hop off guided tours from the gray line organization that we booked for 2 consecutive days.
other than that we were also triggered by the big apple greeter and are thinking of booking this on our next trip in may this year.
I think I%26#39;ll check into the Big Apple greeter, too. I am seeing lots of stuff about it. Thanks for the feedback.
Onboard tours has gotten pretty favorable reviews on this site and they are who we are going thru when we are in NYC in June. We booked the %26#39;NYC See It All%26#39; tour for $59.99. Hoping it`s worth it!
I hope so, too. I am thinking the Big Apple Greeter is kind of sounding pretty cool, also.
