whats it like normally??

we want to go up ESB OR ROCKERFELLER but not if its cloudy!

does it often sno,and wheres the cheapest site to get cheap tickets for things? my printer doesent work though so cant print off yet but if i email them 2 my mum at work she can?

Brutally cold, skin-flayingly cold. Usually clear but so cold that it feels like your eyeballs are going to turn into little crystalline gobbets and fall out of your head.

About the same as the UK.

Phil ..... most Americans are content to simply steal a few office supplies, make a bunch of unwanted amourous passes at co-workers and maybe photocopy our butts after having a few too many drinks at the office Xmas party ..... but using the printer at work to print out tickets ..... brilliant !!!!!

Winter is Cold. But, unless it is your intention to go out naked, so what. Dress warmly, wear comfortable shoes, and make sure to take a hat and gloves.

As for clouds, just tell Mayor Blomberg that you need a clear day, and he%26#39;ll see to it that they disperse. A month and a half away, I don%26#39;t think anyone can tell you the cloud cover situation.

It%26#39;s never particularly cloudy for a whole month..but you just never know honestly. It can be sunny the whole time you are here, or it might snow in Feb or rain. If you are here for a week, i%26#39;m sure you will get some good days at least.

As for temperature..it%26#39;s all relative to what you are used to. Feb is cold in NYC compared to the rest of the year. but it is warm compared to the mid west - NOW THAT';S COLD! I don%26#39;t really consider it ';cold'; until it%26#39;s less than ~30 F (freezing). 40 is nice for winter personally. Bring a nice warm winter coat, hat and scarf, mittens and you will be fine.
