first time in NY. Have lots of questions.

Hi Guys, i need some of your good advice here. Will be travelling from London to NY on 12th feb and thinking of booking affinia 50. Is this ok or are there better for around the same price ($780 for 4 nights)?

Also thinking of booking a broadway show. Has anyone seen In the Heights?

Good steak restaurant recommendations please.

Would like to visit ESB and SOL. Can i prebook express tickets to avoid queueing or is it just as easy to get tickets once in NY?

Sorry for all the questions but just want to make sure our stay is a fab one because we are looking forward to it soooo much! x

In the Heights is terrific, one of the best shows on Broadway.

There are many previous threads about steakhouses; here%26#39;s one:

You can buy tickets to the ESB here:

and tickets to the the SOL/Ellis Island here:

but you still have to wait in security lines.

Just a note on the statue and waiting in lines. If you get a reserve ticket you will wait in the security line for less time. My family booked an 11:15am ticket for the statue of liberty and they were allowed to get in an express line significantly shorter than the main line at 10:45am. If you want to actually see the museum at the statue then you should definitely pre-book that.

Yup.. prebook the SOL and Ellis. Also, get a nice early ferry because you can spend several hours at these attractions. Ellis Island in particular is very interesting. For example if you go at 10, you probably won%26#39;t be done until 2-3.

We saw In the Heights in Nov and really enjoyed it; cast was excellent. Has quite a bit of rap and group dancing, and a nice story. Dancing was terrific!
