The Carnegie Club does a real classy Frank Santra show with 12 piece orchestra on Sat night and jazz on Friday night. Cover is expensive but the show is worth it. One of the few places left you can still have a cognac and cigar after dinner.
For goofy try Mimi on 52 %26amp; 2nd it is a local joint with a piano bar sing along. don%26#39;t eat there

hi, does that place have a website i could check out??
does cover mean entry fee?? lol sorry
Thanks xx

I think the entry fee was $50 per person. They don%26#39;t serve food
While not a club, an ';entertainment'; that you might enjoy in the daytime is Accomplice.

Hi!
We just booked the Frank Sinatra show for next saturday. Thanks for the hint!! They said the entrance fee is 35 $
you will enjoy it. did you do the early or late show? I will make a dinner recommendation.
We made a reservation for the late show - hope there is not too much smoke, I guess our friends from CT don%26#39;t like that!!!
Also: I am just buying tickets for the rehearsal of the New York Phil!!!
Bar Grayz is walking distance has a cool look and plenty of buzz with good food. Gray Kunz is well know nyc chef who has had NY Times 4 star ratings. This is more casual 3 star venue. Or Gordon Ramsey at the NY London Hotel. There you can have a very formal dinner or eat in the lounge for something lighter. The bar features small plates for starters and deserts. Good for sharing. Web site is www.grayz.net
The Carnegie is well ventilated you may smell the cigar but the smoke won%26#39;t bother you.
Hi there!!
We know Grayz - been there last year January. We thought it was perfect place, loved the service and the food. But I heard it was closed???
Or did they move somewhere else? I know the place in the former Rockefeller mansion - which one are you talking about??
Yes, Grayz closed last week.
