It certainly is a name that suggests that it is trying to attract foreign tourists rather than people from the US; the concepts of ';Utah'; and ';delicious food'; would tend not to occur to most Americans in the same thought. In culinary terms, Utah is known as the state that eats more Jell-O per capita than anywhere else in the country. Oh, and there are many places where you can%26#39;t buy alcohol in restaurants. Now, doesn%26#39;t THAT sound like fine dining!!

beer%26#39;s expensive .... typical mid-town. But the mechanical bull is fun to watch ... especially as the night goes on. Was packed when I was there.

GWB, I think the name Johnny Utah`s is just a reference to the Keanu Reeves character in the Patrick Swayze film %26#39;Point Break%26#39;. Nothing more

Prices are high, but watching people climb on the bull in the middle of room is so well worth the price. If people falling off rollicking bulls is funny to you, make that flying off thrashing bulls, then you%26#39;ll have fun. The last time I was there the guy operating the bull was yakking on his cellphone and just hitting the %26#39;faster%26#39; buttons as his conversation grew more and more animated. I was laughing my head off!

Can be good fun on a Thursday or Friday night as people have a few drinks there after work.
